Sir I am Sanjoy kumar mohanty a **% disable person booked * kg surf from paytm on **/**/**** having order number ********** but it is not deliver to me yet the when i ask to the delhivery courier (AWB Number ************) they are telling it is lost but the paytm customer care not responding my mail they are telling it is not their responsibility so please help me i am a poor handy-capped person

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
