Hi sir/ madam
Sub: I am not received my order to my address from lens kart ( order id: **********)
My lenskart order id is **********, I have ordered two powered eyeglasses on **th october **** in lenskart, On Nov *st **** i have received a massage, stating that your order is delivered but i am not received my order to my shipping address and also i am not received any call from courier which i have mentioned in lens kart, when i was tracked with tracking no: *************, The order was delivered to wrong address , so i have complaint this to lenskart team on *st november **** through WhatsApp and phone call, they told complaint has been raised (reference id: ********) and they told they will submit to me the POD (Proof of delivery) copy & product with in * days, but now the date is *th november ****, i am not received any my order or delivery status details.
please resolve my issue & deliver the my product's to my address.
