Hello Team,
It's ** day of my complaint at DTDC.
I have to writeen multiple times to them regarding damage claim.
It's really patenic and frustrating for me.
Last time I was told to provide apple service centre quatation to settle the claim.
Provided with everything but still no acknowledgement, no response from there side.
How would I know what is my claim status.
Coustomer care is very bad no resolution provide by them.
In this advance world they should use advance tracking systems.
I have never gone through this things.Such a bad experience with DTDC. I lost my trust.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
