On **** March ** I have booked ticket from Coimbatore to thiruchendur...the money was debited and I didn't receive any ticket. For that issue I called redbus customer care and I have shared my payment details and all..they said we will return your within * business days ..and it's more than * times they said but still I didn't receive my money back..so please help me out..
