I hope this email finds you well. My name is Ankit Singh, and I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent order I placed for JioAirFiber. On [**/**/**], I booked an order under the reference number NO****XMSSBI, using the mobile number **********. However, upon the arrival of your technical personnel, I was informed that the ID associated with the order could not be utilized. Consequently, a new ID was generated on the following day, and the JioFiber installation proceeded smoothly. During my interaction with your technical team, I raised concerns regarding the payment I had made for the initial order.
I was assured that a refund would be processed upon cancellation of the original ID. Accordingly, I lodged a complaint for the refund amount, and it has been nine days since I initiated the request.
Regrettably, I have yet to receive any updates from your end regarding the status of my refund. I am writing to urgently request the refund of the payment made for the initial order.
The amount in question is approximately **** INR. As this sum is essential for my financial obligations, I kindly ask for prompt attention to this matter.
