i have booked a ticket from Lucknow to Delhi amount(**** inr - **** inr (from icici account) & ** from valet). i got message & Mail form Makemytrip that ticket was not confirmed due to end merchandise & technical issue & refund will process. After that i booked confirmed ticket from upsrtc. I raised a concerned& logged issue in make my trip and updated the same. Payment is still not processed & a ticket shown in my make my trip account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
