Ease my trip - Money of Rs 6768 deducted but ticket not booked onat 6 11 pm

While booking air ticket through easemytrip yesterday first transaction of amount Rs, **** has been deducted from my syndicate bank account but ticket not booked at *.** PM on **.**.****, again I was booked the tickect and same amount of Rs, **** was deducted and ticket booked and confirmed. Pl return my amount of Rs, **** to my account asap.
