zomato food app - Money not refunded

We placed order via zomato app on *th July from Zam Zam Restaurant. Out of * items, the restaurant could provide only * items, but zomato charged us the full amount. We immediately made complaint to their support team over phone and they after confirming from the restaurant about the missing dishes, they committed to refund the amount of the missing items as credits in zomato wallet within **hours. Already complained for * times the support in these * days and every time the same reply it will be credited in next **hours but it never comes. Today is **th July and we still didn't get our money refunded to us. We mailed their senior department too, yet they do not bother. Zomato is not at all a protected food app anymore seems.
