Thuptan Tserep filed complaint against Unboxify on Apr 2, 2026
I placed an order with Unboxify and made full payment through UPI. The parcel was shipped via India Post but got stuck without any proper updates for more than ** days. During this time, I repeatedly contacted the seller for help, but they did not take any responsibility or action.
I did not receive any call or delivery attempt from the delivery agent. Later, I contacted India Post myself and raised a complaint. After that, the tracking was finally updated and the parcel was marked as “Returned to Sender (Refused)” and successfully delivered back to the seller’s warehouse.
Despite this, the seller is now refusing to process my refund and is giving irrelevant and automated responses. They are also asking for an unboxing video, even though I never received the parcel at all.
This is clearly a case of deficiency in service and unfair business practice. I have suffered financial loss as well as mental stress due to continuous delays, lack of support, and denial of refund.
I request that my refund be processed immediately.
