Unboxify - Poor Customers Service and Fraudulent company

I ordered this product from Unboxify on nov **st and they sent a faulty product after reaching out to them they told me twice by sending * different bills to reach out thr Brand service center which infact these people should have checked and before sending as they claim they do * steps of quality check.
After me checking with the brands service center they denied to replace it or fix it. First time when i did they gave me another bill and asked to reach out to them again using thr other bill. When they denied that too these people agreed to replace it.
On Dec *st they said product will be picked up tomorrow and replacement will be delivered to me within * to ** business days. Dec *nd someone came and collected the return product from me but i didn't get any msg, email or tracking or my return whatsoever. I didn't get update on who is coming to pick the return product. After picking up i dont know whether the right person picked it up and going back to the right placed or not.
I kept of reaching out to Unboxify via whatsapp and email as there is no calling number. Whatsapp keeps saying there is separate team who handles you should repsond to emails you got. When i send an email there no one replies for days.
I was concerned whether the return went back to the correct place or not. Later after me sending email almost daily to check whether they got back the product or not and they not responding.
I raised a complaint with NCH on **th and sent them a copy of it. Which you guys closed harsly for a simple thing without even checking with us. How can we even trust NCH as well for support now.
After Dec *st i got the next email from them on Dec **th saying your return has been received and the replacement will be dispatched on Monday. So i asked the tracking details of the replacement to be shared which they didnt though me email continuously after **st till today.
All of a sudden today i got an email from them saying your replacement has been canceled due to no stock and refund will be sent within * to * business days.
Due to complete delay from Unboxify for return, replacement and not making sure the product is in good condition before sending it to customers and then asking them to reach out to brands to fix it everytime instead they claim they do * steps of quality checks but infact there is nothing there are thousands and thousands of customers who have faced the same issues and posted on Reddit, Trustpilot, Mouthshut.fom. Voxya and with you.
But there doesnt seem to be any action taken by any of them. This has caused me complete stress and tension since Nov **st to Dec **th and wasted my time, my energy and my piece of nearly ** days. No one replies here no proper customer service only automated responses on whatsapp. No email support no call support. Also in their website they claim they do * steps of quality check before sending products to customers. Which is a false statement. There are more reviews then there are orders placed from this company saying all products are faulty.
I need to be compensated by them for wasting my time, energy and piece and causing me complete stress and tension throughout the day as they were not responding to anything and i was hanging around with my money stuck with them and also they took the replacement and had possesion of both from dec *nd till now. Also, i ordered this product to use it as i didn't had one because of this company I had to compromise, stay without using it and which caused a lot of hassle and trouble for me.
