I was really excited to order "unboxed" and in "mint condition" Sony WH-****XM* headphone with *-* scratches. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that the headset has a significantly higher number of scratches than indicated, affecting the overall condition.
To provide a clear understanding of the issue, I have shared both an unboxing video and detailed photos on the WhatsApp chat support. Although the video may not clearly capture the extent of the scratches, the photos should provide a comprehensive view of the problem.
I have been attempting to follow up on whatsapp(only channel for customer support) for the past three days but unfortunately have not received a clear response.
Given the variance between the product's advertised condition and its actual state, I request a full refund for the purchase product. I believe this is a reasonable request, and I trust that Unboxify team will address this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism.
