Unboxify - Fraud

I recently wanted to purchase headphones from Unboxify (https://www.unboxify.in/?gad_source=*&gclid=CjwKCAjwko**BhAPEiwAwfaQCCZG*vCwFLSo*Og******qoweDi*_BcCQmum**m*A***mR*XWqhSLxoCj*cQAvD_BwE)
While placing an order they had an option for "Partial- COD" wherein you pay a small amount right away and then a coupon code is sent to you on the mail which once you use during the checkout you can avail the cash on delivery option (You can checkout this on their website). After I paid INR ***, I received no mail. I tried to reachout to the company via their email and whastapp but there has been no response and no solution provided.
I have screen shot of proof of payment, as well proof that they are not responding.
I will send you the images on your email. Please help me get my money back.
