Unboxify - Damaged product delivered

Ordered Sony Link S buds on unboxify.in for rs.**** which is discounted considering its a unboxed and used less than a week based on their policy of A-grade product category.
Shipment was delayed two weeks, never returned my ***rs fast delivery charges.
When opened saw case hinge broken and also recorded unboxing of product as they suggested
Customer care whatsapp behaves as if it's automated and they don't talk over the phone.
They don't accept the product as damaged or replace it or return the product.
Tried contacting CEO on LinkedIn and acted as if he has real concern. Asked me to share multiple videos, later no reply when he actually saw damage
After searching over twitter got to know it's not only me, this website is a habitual scammer
Mental harrasment with multiple followups and to see replies in the format of system generated
I want to bring this website down
