I tried to book a bus by make my trip on *th November from make my trip. But somehow the amount was deducted from my account and the booking didn't happen. I booked again using another payment method. Again the amount was deducted and the booking did take place this time. So technically i paid twice for the same trip. I have been trying to contact makemytrip regarding this first by call which always get disconnected. I mailed them to which i always get an automated response saying that you completed the bus journey so you cannot get a refund. Same is the case with the Facebook messenger page. I am so pissed by the customer care of make my trip. They are not even responding to the problem , resolution seems a distant dream in the scenario.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
