easemytrip - Money not refunded

I had paid **** Rs/- for rescheduling the flight by the payment link provided by easemytrip. But another representative told me you don't need to reschedule, you can cancel the current flight and book the new one. For the cancelled ticket since you have booked now, you can get the amount after deduction of service tax and also the amount for reschudling the ticket. So, I'm yet to get both the refund.
