Cleartrip - Money not refunded though airlines has refunded them one month ago

Dear consumer complaints,
I am Dr. Gopi prasanth. My bookings over indigo airlines was cancelled by airlines and the same has been refunded to cleartrip on **th of july by airlines. My indigo PNR is LJTHJG and the ckeartrip Trip ID (************).
I have been constantly contacting them for about a month to refund the amount Rs. **,*** which airlines has refunded them. But everytime, they ask me to wait for ** hours and then they do not reply. Then after * days, i contact them back again and then they say the same thing to wait for ** hours. They have taken a total of * month till now and they are still saying the same that they are waiting a reaponse from their finance team. It does not make sense even when the airlines has refunded, you are still holding my money back.
This seems to be like a scam from cleartrip side.

I request the people here to take appropriate action against cleartrip and get my money back.

I am attaching the necessary emails and notifications for further clearance.
