I have called easemytrip multiple times on their non toll free number for the issue mentioned in the email subject. I cancelled one flight via easemytrip PNR No. BDK*SG from CCU to BLR because spicejet delayed the flight more than *hrs. So I was supposed to get the refund amount from easemytrip and they are claiming that it has been processed to my source account(HDFC account) on **nd October, ****. But I reached out to easemytrip multiple times saying I don't see any credited amount in my account on that day.
Lastly, as suggested by easemytrip, I attached my HDFC account statement details from **/**/**** - **/**/**** for your reference that no money got refunded to me from easemytrip on **nd October, ****. Please look into it and fix it as soon as possible.
