Hello, I had purchased Zebra GC***t Monochrome Desktop Direct Thermal/Thermal Transfer Label Printer on **th December from amazon. When I received the product, it was not upto mark and I was not satisfied. I asked amazon for refund. On *th jan i received a mail from amazon that i need to return back item for refund within * days. for this, i need to pay return shipping. i rushed to Fedex courier office & sent it back. Product returned back successfully on *th jan with Fedex # ************ . From that time, they are just making excuses and sending recorded replies. No refund till now. Due to this I am in very much depression. I want a full refund with a compensation of Rs.*******/- for this mention agony. its unacceptable & bad trade practice. I am attaching proof of return back with amazon mail.
