Make my trip - Money not Refunded

Dear Concerned,

I had booked a Holiday Package through Make My Trip for Phuket and Krabi booking reference No. NL************* which includes * adults and * children for *D and *N.
I had already paid *.** Lacs inclusive of all much in advance. On *th May Make my trip team informed me that "GOFIRST" airlines has gone to bankruptcy, hence,I have to take care of booking on my own by spending money from my pocket that too just a week before which is now triple the rate(schedule date of flying is **th May, ****)

First of all, they are solely responsible and liable for the entire tour package, there was no condition as such the customer has to book the flight tickets in case of closure/bankruptcy of airlines. Now, their team woke up on the *th May and informed me to book the tickets, which is arbitrary, illegal and daylight dacoity liable to be dealt with penal laws. Being a reputed company in the tourism business they should have been prepared for all kinds of risks and you cannot run away from this by throwing the burden on the customer.

THEREFORE, I requested them to refund the entire money or book the alternative flight tickets for my Phuket trip but they have denied the same and forced me to take *.* Lac Rs. Gift Card and no update about the balance money since they have not received the money from Go First yet.

I am not satisfied with the gift card and some other promotion since I have made the payment in their bank account. I need the entire amount refund in my bank account.
