I have ordered for spectacles from lenskart through a field agent. *st time tried theough upi which went to payment processing, the agent told that it failed and I paid again through debit card. Money got deducted for both orders. Now, lenskart is not returning the wrongly debited amount. I keep following up from *th of February, they kept pushing the resolution late, started with *th then **th then **th then **th now **rd. No proper resolution has been given, no proper communication has been shared.
Lenskart took my hard earned money and not returning it.
