Ravi Kumar filed complaint against Redbus on Jul 5, 2019
I had booked a ticket using Redbus from Delhi to Haridwar on *th of June **** and it was confirmed. However, on the same day, I got a call from bus operator that they had cancelled my booking due to some bus breakdown and when I asked for other alternative solutions they suggest me to contact Redbus for the ticket refund.
On the same day, I had raised a request ID# ******* with Redbus for my money refund but despite multiple chaser and call, I am not getting my refund and ticket is still open. While opening that ticket it was showing me the case will be resolved within ** days and if not closed within the specified days then I will receive per day extra late charge from Redbus.
Whenever I called they keep saying that issue is escalated but there was no response.
I have also mailed them to their support with the reference number ******* but there is no update in the mail as well. There are no updates shown on my registered mobile app even after so may follow-ups. It is almost a month and not receiving an update on my refund query and seems that they are not doing anything.
