Adidas India Private Limited - Money got deducted i can t see order confirmation

I ordered shoes from Adidas India https://www.adidas.co.in/ , I paid through UPI , Money got deducted , i can't see order confirmation details in their website nor i got any mail confirmation for order confirmation. I tried calling their customer care number but no one is responding.
