I booked * tickets from the Pvr website and paid via netbanking the transaction was successful but I didn't received the ticket. Its completely disappointing and refund amount is not credited to bank account. I spoke to pvr customercare they told amount is already refunded but it is not reflected to bank account. I think PS-* movie showing all the tickets are available but when the customer buy the tickets it got debited the amount from bank account but ticket is not confirmed and refund amount also not being credited to bank account. something problem in pvr website (Bengaluru), they are doing scam and they collecting the money from customer but not refunding the amount.
I paid Rs ****.**/- with included conv. fee and GST also
