Byjus - Money got deducted due to carelss behaviour of byjus finanace team

I am current student of byjus ias program and i have opted for emi payment of the course by auto debit system. But from the first day i was made to pay through link system by byjus executive and oshin srivastav from byjus finance team. Ecs was still running on my account but no information was given me about it. My money got deducted but the point is that the oshin from finance team actually blamed me for not knowing by myself that Ecs system was running and actually harassed me. Monetary loss is nothing in front of mental harassment faced by me and thatswhy i am writing this and i have lost trust in byjus.
