I did a transaction for Delhi to Lucknow and an amount of Rs.**** got deducted however the ticket didn't get booked. The Make My Trip app showed payment failure message.
I did the transaction today on Aug **, ****.
I did email to Make My Trip but no response from them yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
