I purchased Lenskart Gold membership on *th of September. It was Rs.***+ taxes which is Rs.***. I used a voucher , and the page said I need to pay Rs. **. When I proceeded to pay Rs *** got debited from account. I immediately complained through chat option,no help provided, the next day I called and even sent a mail. No refund No Help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
