We have subscribed to byjus, since we had some issues with the product we had to cancel the product. Now byjus have deducted the money from my account and again they have refunded back, but the amount is in negative. So whatever money is going to the account all is been deducted and going back to byjus.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
