I lodged a complaint that I can't view my channels after recharge on *.*.** for *** Rs to the customer care and they were supposed to send a technician, whereas the technician did not come to my home for any service because my channels got activated by the dealers in the morning itself so I cancelled the request. Later I did another recharge on **.*.** of *** Rs which was deducted by the customer care for the complaint of *.*.** against service charges of the technician. I complained to the customer care on **.*.** registered this matter and they said they'll refund the amount within * working hours. But it has not been resolved till now after continuous calling to the customer care and complaint.
