I tried to reserve a hotel room.
I entered my card details and my money was Debitted. But the page showed that payment was not received by them. So they did not confirm my booking. Now I am not able to reach customer service. No phone number works. They keep asking for booking id but I don't have it. Only my money is debited. Please send a refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
