Horrible experience with Make my trip.
I had tried booking a hotel through MMT and there were * failed transactions when paying for the booking. When I tried paying for it the third time, the booking was successful. But inspite of two failed transactions, my account got debited thrice for the same booking. When I contacted my bank for refund, they said that MMT has taken money twice for the same booking. There is absolutely no way to contact any human being in customer care in MMT.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
