I was booking AC* train tickets as per the normal process through EaseMyTrip app.
After the payment, they redirect to IRCTC portal for entering the password. But on entering the details, the app froze and that’s it.
No ticket , no pnr but got the msg of money getting debited
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
