Moglix - Moglix reject my return request Order ID

I am very much disappointed regarding my order NO: ******* related. I have ordered thee items of Kalinga Gold *mm, *.*mm and *mm wire which is mentioned in website it is ***% copper. But when I got the cables it is a worst product I have ever seen. All the three wires are duplicate and thineer than other reputed company wires. Even my electrician also denied to work using this cables. So , I want completely return and refund the items. I have raised a docket to moglix online but I am not sure why return request got rejected. Looking for your kind response and try to return it back ASAP.
