I have purchased samsung M** on **.**.**** and it has stopped charging dated **.**.**** and I have submitted for repair at *S Touch Service Solutions Pvt Ltd : *st Floor, **/** East Patel Nagar (authorised service centre). They promise us to repair within * days. now every time when call to get status they told part is not available. Even they did not confirm when part will be available. I work with help of mobile and due to this I have loss of Rs. *****/-. Still not clear when they will give my phone,
