mobile quality issue phone is not working, service center asking **% cost of mobile to change the parts. samsung M** quality issue. lots of people face the same problem. For almost *years the phone was working well. suddenly switched off and hang up. samsung intentionally may crash the phone.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
