I complained to flipkart for overheating issue with my recent bought Redmi Note * pro.
Firstly:
Technical person visited and promised to revisit the issue after sometime but request was closed by him.
I raised this concern to flipkart and they rescheduled the visit but individual didnt even visit this time and closed the request.
I am completely unsatisfied with the flipkart policy and service. I want return of my mobile phone.
First time ever i faced issue with flipkart and this is very unprofessional approach. Its been more than ** days and this issue is still there.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
