Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint against Flipkart Internet Private Limited for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****. Details of the Complaint: I had booked a hotel through Flipkart for my travel, and the booking was confirmed. However, to my shock and distress, the hotel booking was cancelled at the last minute without any prior notice or valid reason by Flipkart.

This sudden cancellation caused me:
* Severe inconvenience and mental harassment * Disruption of travel plans
* Financial loss due to arranging alternative accommodation at a higher cost
* Loss of time and unnecessary stress Cancelling a confirmed hotel booking at the last moment without informing the consumer in advance is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

As a consumer, I relied on Flipkart’s confirmation and trusted their platform for a smooth travel experience, which they failed to provide.

I humbly request the Honorable Authority to direct Flipkart to: *. Provide an immediate full refund of the cancelled hotel booking amount
*. Pay suitable compensation for mental agony, inconvenience, and additional expenses incurred
*. Take appropriate action against Flipkart to prevent such incidents in the future Booking Details:

I request the Honorable Authority to kindly take this complaint into consideration and provide justice at the earliest.
