I bought a Whirlpool *** L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator through Flipkart. It was clearly mentioned that the product has **-day replacement policy in case of any damage. The product has a dent inside the front door and I reported the issue immediately to Flipkart. I also applied for a Return which eventually got rejected claiming the issue has been addressed. Neither Flipkart, nor Whirlpool fixed the issue. Flipkart has not given a proper response yet on the resolution. My order number with Flipkart is OD****************** and order date is **/**/****. This is causing a lot of mental agony as I already purchased a replacement fridge with Flipkart from same seller. Now I have two fridges and no end in sight.
