Flipkart India Pvt Ltd - Missing product

Hello I bought a smartphone from Flipkart dated on *rd August and got it delivered on *th of August . I paid **** and delivery boy left. After * to * more hours when my online class completed I rushed to unbox the product and found that I didn't got any thing inside the parcel they sent out to me. I am trying to reach them out from that day and I failed eventually. I already complained and highlighted the same on national consumer forum on **th . And they called me on ** th of August and assured me to resolve my issue within the next ** Hours. But from that day I am waiting for the call . No calls I got from their side till then but few mails where they requested my id. They closed the grievance on nch consumer portal by saying thet i didn't shared the id proofs hence the sellar can't fulfil the same. But I was supposed to get a call not any mails from their side. Hence I didn't noticed the mail sent from their side. On the same mail I wrote and update the id proofs. But still they are not resolving my issue. So literally they are making delay + not keep true on their words+ have a neglecting attitude and so on. I bought the money to save from tutions and tiffins. But unfortunately I lost the same.
