I hereby to tell you that, I ordered a Blackberry Evolve having order id OD******************.
The performance of device is average but the main issue comes in light is about phone heatup during charging it and while calling more than **mintues the device starts heating up on a rapid rate and it is very difficult to hold phone on ear.
Also device hangs again and again+ camera is not working properly sometimes it shutdown and returned to homescreen suddenly. I already raised return & refund request * times still issue persists as per the flipkart executive they will allign a technician visit but technician only,
*. Resets (factory reset) device for camera issue and for,
*. Heatup issue he told me that you have to monitor temperature via an application named "CPU-Z" and also he told me that not to take calls more than **minutes this duration will leads to heatup of device and for,
*. Hanging issue resolution given by him is to restart or reset your device.
Also atlast he told me that for any application related issues we have to reset device instruction given to us from flipkart if same problem again comes into action you have to reset your device and for temperature related issue you have to monitor it via "CPU-Z" app and not to take calls more than **minutes. These senseless resolutions are not a troubleshooting of issue. So, At last i wanna say that these technical agent's resolutions are not a permanent resolution to problem so its my humble request to you please approve my return/refund request as this device is headache to me from the day it delievered. Please pickup the device as soon as possible moreover i don't want any technician visit for these issues. I hope you guys understand my concern and resolve the same as soon as possible.
Also they close by return ticket several times. My order is under ** days return / refund policy. The team flipkart and Keegan both are wasting my time to elapse these remaining * days of their return/refund policy. Please do a necessary action against them. Also they are not taking any feedback from my side after technician visit and simply closed my ticket.
