I sent my realme pro *+ mobile for screen dage. I paid **** rs as processing fee on December **/**/****. .first they wrongly picked towels rather then Mobile.i brought the mistake to their notice they picked my mobile and confirmed through email on **/**/**** on wards that the mobile received by Jeeves and sent for repair and the repaired mobile will be delivered on or before **/**/****.
To day is **/**/****.
In every mail they are saying with in two days my problem will be rectified.
But not yet.
Please kindly send my mobile back please.
