I have booked a ticket from Anand Vihar to Sirathu with * passengers via MakeMyTrip (“MMT”), covered under the policy of trip guarantee. On the day of journey, out of * tickets only * tickets were confirmed so, as per the policy of MMT I become eligible for *X refund on the tickets which remains waitlisted [(****/*)** = ****] after chart preparation. However, there was no official communication from their side. Additionally, despite my multiple follow ups they have not responded for the first ** days. Later also, they were not able to provide any satisfactory relief. Due to limitation of words in the portal i have attached a pdf copy containing details of the grievance.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
