I have booked a round trip DEL-to-GOA. I am facing a problem regarding payment. I supposed to pay ***** Rs but ***** Rs has been deducted from my account (find the attachment). For a clear view check invoice_*.pdf and Bank_deduction.pdf. Please tell me Why?
Then later I have added the seats and Baggage in the first flight (check invoice_*.pdf), which costs **** Rs (find the attachment). First of all, you have deducted the money for the baggage even though the flight is only hand baggage flight, without warning. Please tell me Why?
Then suddenly, my MMT account shows the total cost of the entire journey is ***** Rs. How, why and for what? Either you cancel the entire trip with ***% refund or give my extra money back including the extra baggage money of Spice jet aeroplane. Otherwise, I am gonna put all these things on every social media page. You have no right to cheat your customer like this. I hope to hear from you soon.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
