Cleartrip - Missing Refund

From **/**/**** I am expecting a refund of about ***** INR from Cleartrip. it was a Covid Time booking that they were supposed to refund since I cancelled the same flight.
Their finance team emailed me stating the refund was processed but I did not get the amount in my bank.
When I raised this issue with Cleartrip they asked me to get an email from the bank stating no money was received.
I contacted my bank, explained them everything and they event sent an email to Cleartrip explaining everything, they even attached proofs.
Now after * months cleartrip's so called finance team again sends me the same email stating that they processed the refund, and I need to contact my bank. This is plain harrasment to a common citizen.
I demand my rightful refund to be given to me at the earliest.
