Ajio - Missing item from the package

I’ve placed an order on AJIO and received a completely different product and one missing item from the package so I submitted a return on the same day itself with the help for ajio customer support. The return was under process for about four days and delivered agent picked my wrong item and then I received a message saying the they cannot return my order since the correct order had been shipped from the warehouse (which is completely bullshit). I contacted them multiple times through their app chat service and talked to *-* of their customer service workers but they all respond like bots and denied my request for return and refund. I was frustrated and have sent them multiple emails and reached out to them on social media but all in vain with their same bot generated replies. Now I’m left with a product that don’t fit me or suit my taste and I’ve wasted a total of **** rupees (which is a huge amount for a student like me, who saves off their pocket money to buy their wants). I’m so disappointed and frustrated at the same time. Has anyone faced the same or know any way on how I can get my item from the order and get my refund.

Am having the video while opening the package they are not considering it already share one their email but no response.
