MMT offered a zero cost cancellation cover and collected almost Rs **** additional from me in lieu of the facility to cancer the booking upto ** hours ahead of the flight at ZERO CANCELLATION COST. But when I did the cancellation on *th Dec *:** am for an evening return flight to Dubai on *th Dec, they deducted Rs **,*** from the total fare of Rs *****. Even after dozens of calls to them, they did not make good the contract of zero cancellation. This is OPEN CHEATING at mass retail level, leading to UNFAIR Profits from mis-selling
