Dear Sir, I have been opted for free counselling class in BYJUS for my child on **/**/**** and Mr. Vineet Bhardwaj from BYJUS taken an audio - video class. Through counselling secession Mr. Vineet Bhardwaj asked for Rs. ****/- for free trial class and I have been also paid of Rs. ****/- for conducting of trial class “one to one live streaming” only and clearly told him that I don't want TAB like other accessories. I have also stated him not to provide any tab etc. He assured that Byjus can refund my money at any time within ** days of time during the trial period if I don't want to process further. He never stated that this amount of Rs. ****/- is for registration or further enrollment etc. etc. After two days he asked me for providing of scan copy of my Aadhar card, PAN card, Cancelled check for processing. Then I asked him why I will provide you the same. He told that to proceed EMI process these documents are required. Then I asked till now I have not decided whether I will continue the class or not even trial class is also not availed. He told me at first I have to do follow whole process like has to avail whole enrol process through EMI then trial class can be further process and then refund shall be initiated. Then I asked him to refund my Rs. ****/ immediately and I will not further continue any trial class. He always tried to trap with his false commitment and tactfully trapped me. Mr. Rohan Bhakodiya from byjus has called me on **/**/**** and insulted me and argued with me very rudely and told that he will not refund my money which I have already paid. I told him that there nothing has been discussed in the counselling secession for enrolling with EMI option for opting it. I has not decided to enroll or not why I will go for full payment or EMI. But he repeatedly argued and misbehaved with me which is not at all accepted. MR. Vineet Bhardwaj & Mr. Rohan Bhakodiya have continuously forcing / blackmailing me to enrol in EMI first for Rs. *****/year and then they will think for refund. I requested him for refund my money. But they told that they will not refund me my money until I fully enroll their whole package and passing the time of ** days. Several time I have been mailed but no prompt response have been observed from their end even they have not initiated any refund as said above. Sir, Please help. Sir, Please help. YOU ARE ONLY LAST HOPE. BYJUS have done this type of case in many cases as understood from internet. If they did this type of case to the common people, You only can restrict BYJUS and protect lot of parents and help child.
