Hi Voxya,
I made a ticket booking with cleartrip.com (for indigo airline) on Thursday, at *:** pm , at *:** pm I received a email from cleartrip and it says “
Hi ameer,
We are writing to let you know that the payment for the trip below was unsuccessful as we didn't get a confirmation from your bank.
If your account was charged, it has been automatically refunded. Please note that it may take *-** business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Some public sector banks may take longer than this to credit the refund.
Your UPI Phonepe transaction failed while attempting to process a purchase of: “
After getting this mail, I verified it with the Cleartrip app and the status shows same (screenshot are available ), by seeing the mail and Cleatrip status I made another booking with other agent ,
Later at **:** PM, I received a mail from cleartrip saying the ticket is confirmed.
When I sent a mail for regarding cancellation , I received a reply and says they will charge for Cleatrip + airline cancellation fee which accounts for nearly **% of total cost. Kindly help me to save the money on this genuine issues which was clearly a Cleartrip handling problem.
