Reliance digital - Misguiding the customer to sale the product

We have visited reliance digital , hotel grace , pipli road, kurukshetra to purchase a chimney on **-**-****.
There we were shown size of **cm Faber chimney.
As per our requirement we told them that this size is small as per our requirement. We were told that after that size of ** cm is manufactured by company. Believing them we purchase ** cm as ** cm is large size.
Chimney was delivered to us on **-**-****. At the time of installation on **-**-**** we were told that size of ** cm is also manufactured by Faber for chimney.
We contact the showroom that why this was not told to us for which they replied that we have ** cm and **cm size available to us.
I want to know just to sold your product you have no right to misguide the customer.
If you don't have that size kindly let us know so that we would buy it from somewhere else. If such a reputed show room fools the customer to sale his product ..what else can we expect than.
Employees were so adamant that firstly they told that they would call us on **-**-**** before *pm to provide some solution but we were not received any call after that when we contact them they told that no replacement can be done as installation has been done.
This was the first time we visit your showroom and such a scam done by your employees. Don't fool public as they believe you that's why they visit there.
