Paytm Mall - mi redmi note 5 Pro 6 64 gold

hello
*: i ordered a mi redmi note * Pro */** gold from paytm mall. what I get is a seal broken pack which phone and charger.
so i cancel the order and place another order for the same phone.
now i was told that in order to cancel that order i have to reject the replacement of that order as well that means pay for the order & again wait for another ** days . so I did the same thing.
*: the new phone ordered happen to be a red colour phone so I again called the pathetic customer service of there's and explained them the issue(the **th time to get connected to a agent it took me around *-** mins every time) so they asked me to return that phone as well, and I did .
*: now during this period the price of the phone increased by inr **** and the seller taking advantage of the situation cancelled the orders and I got a message from paytm mall stating you refund will be initiated and you need to wait for ** days for the same .
*: my issue is during these **-** days I have gone through so much of trouble and mental harassment with these guys because i have lost my money, time & no product in my hands in spite of informing them several times no action taken . now when i call them they say because the seller never had the product he has cancelled it but the fact is that the price of the product is gone up during these ** days and hence they do not want to sell it to me in the old price .
please help me resolve my issue .
