PVR Cinemas - merged two shows together wasted time lead to fight among peopele due to multiple people having same

i booked two tickets for pathan movie on ** th feb at pvr mahagun , vaishali ******. show timing was *:** pm which was in audi *. firstly they just kept playing commercial advetisement till **:** pm after that they said there is some technical glitch and at **:** they merged *:** pm show with**:** pm show which was in audi * saying that you will get same seats in audi *. when we reached there, had to face a lot of trouble as already people were sitting at those seats . finally had to compromise with seats, had an unwanted quarrel with other people just for sake of seat. Got my mood spoiled, finally left movie in middle due to chaos that these PVR guys created.


this is their normal practice earlier also they did same thing at time of avtaar * just to merge two shows at *:** pm and **:** pm timings
